Univision Interactive Media receives 2009 PROMAX/BDA awards.

Univision Interactive Media, Inc., the digital division of Univision Communications Inc., announced four wins at the 2009 Promax/BDA Latin America Awards Competition, including two important advertising campaigns. Univision Interactive Media has received an impressive 41 Promax/BDA Awards since 2005.
 
The winners in the “Interactive Applications Promotion Campaign” category were:
 
1. Silver Award – “Vidas Cruzadas”
 
2. Bronze Award – “Viva el Sueño 2009”
 
3. Bronze Award – “State Farm and Vidas Cruzadas”
 
4. Bronze Award – “Procter & Gamble Always and Univision.com”

State Farm and Univision.com partnered to sponsor the original webnovela, “Vidas Cruzadas” (Crossed Lives), to make targeted, meaningful connections with the large and growing online Hispanic community. The “State Farm and Vidas Cruzadas” campaign illustrates how State Farm’s “being there” brand message was seamlessly integrated within several episodes of the webnovela, online website, and text-to-win sweepstakes.
 
The “Procter & Gamble Always and Univision.com” campaign raised brand awareness among Hispanic women for the new Always Infinity product with creative media throughout Univision.com. A branded forum within the Mujer section hosted the “Always Social Lab” where consumers shared opinions and comments about Procter & Gamble’s new product within a safe and trusted environment.
