América TeVé Network forms JV with CaribeVision Network.

América TeVé (Sherjan Broadcasting) announced the association of a joint venture (JV) with CV Network (CaribeVisión) to operate the network in Miami, Nueva York y Puerto Rico on the CV Network channels: Canal 48 Miami, Canal 34 Nueva York, Canal 24 Puerto Rico.
“The integration of the two companies represents an opportunity for the creation of new content, the development of new markets and access to a platform of expanded distribution,” said Omar Romay, CEO of América TeVé.
América TeVé will operate, distribute and sell for the CV Network through América TeVé Network.
The CV Network (CaribeVisión) had been rumored to be in real trouble in the last couple of months.
