Redbean Society adds to Team.

Redbean Society announced two new additions to their staff. Patricio Ramal is now Director of Insights and Planning and Carinna Payano was named Senior Brand Agent.

Patricio Ramal joined Redbean Society most recently from Bravo Group where he was Senior Strategic Planner. A native of Mexico, Patricio brings a unique edge as planner by combining a strong passion for uncovering people’s true behavior, needs and desires with strong research expertise and analytical skills. He is strategic, consumer driven and a natural story teller that understands how to translate knowledge and observations into compelling creative briefs that inspire differentiating, relevant ideas. At Bravo New York, Patricio was responsible for the strategic planning of the agency’s entire client portfolio including Kraft (Oreo, Chips Ahoy and Ritz), Kodak, Danone, Wyeth (ThermaCare, Advil, Robitussin), Boehringer-Ingelheim (Flomax) and Post Foods.

Prior to Bravo, Patricio held various positions in account planning and brand management at Saatchi and Procter & Gamble, respectively, on brands like Folgers, Tide, Charmin and Bounty to name a few. His 12+ years experience in both the client and agency sides of the business gives him a unique perspective among his peers. In his home-country Mexico, he worked with The Coca-Cola Company and the Tourism Trust of Puerto Vallarta.

“This is an opportunity to make my mark at a company that thrives on ideas and innovation, with a very focused strategic positioning and respect for the discipline of creative planning. Redbean Society allows me to explore my entrepreneurial nature and intuitive curiosity about human behavior. We are breaking ground and I feel great to be a part of this”, said Patricio Ramal.

Prior to joining Redbean Society, Carinna Payano held various positions working on CPG brands at Y&R and Wing (previously Winglatino). At Y&R, she handled account services for Colgate-Palmolive for Latin America (Palmolive Haircare, Bar Soap and Hand/Body Lotion, Caprice and Optims shampoos and Lady Speed Stick) while at Winglatino she managed Procter & Gamble brands in Beauty and Household Care for the U.S. Hispanic market (Cover Girl, Pantene & Downy. Jackie Bird, CEO of Redbean Society, commented: “Carinna’s strong experience with CPG clients targeting women in South and North America brings strong discipline for the strategic and creative process that is an asset to our organization. Moreover, as an upwardly mobile young Latina herself, her personal understanding of this target combines most favorably with her strong organizational and project management skills to deliver results for our clients”.

To that effect, Payano commented: “I am delighted to join Redbean Society. I believe that what we are doing as a company is very different to other agencies in the market. As an agent for my client’s brands I can go beyond the traditional executional functions of most account executives to a function which requires more ownership and delivers more value. Plus, there is a sense of higher purpose in the opportunity to inspire and help empower Latina women of all walks of life in America”.

Bird added, “With these new additions, we are a complete, well-rounded core team where ideas, innovation and marketing discipline meet to deliver accountable performance to our clients.” Rene Juan De La Cruz, accomplished creative, experiential and interactive director leads Ideas & Innovation at Redbean Society.
