The most anticipated game LIVE on Futbol de Primera – Mexico vs. U.S. – February 11, 2009.

Fútbol de Primera, the largest Hispanic radio network with over 95 affiliate stations across the U.S., will bring fans EXCLUSIVE LIVE PLAY BY PLAY comprehensive coverage of the most significant qualifying CONCACAF match-up between Mexico and the U.S on Wednesday February 11, 2009. FDP kicks off coverage of the final phase of World Cup Qualifying from Columbus, OH at 6:30 p.m. (ET) 3:30PM (PT).

FDP will be on site with the World Cup broadcast team including Andres Cantor, the most recognized Hispanic sports personality in the U.S., handling play-by-play duties. Alongside Mr. “Goooool” will be Bora Milutinovic, the only person to have coached five different teams in five different World Cups and former coach of both, the US and México teams; also Carlos ‘el pibe’ Valderrama, regarded as Colombia’s finest player and a regular on FDP’s broadcast team will be in the booth among other personalities.

The game will be broadcast live over Fútbol de Primera’s 95 station line-up (34 of which are FM’s) and will mark the debut of FDP’s Programming in its second Los Angeles FM Station, KDLD 103.1.
Futbol de Primera owns the exclusive rights to the Mexican National Team and Concacaf World Cup Qualifying. That same night, FDP will air the matches between El Salvador vs. Trinidad and Costa Rica vs. Honduras on its own XM Deportivo sports channel 147 on Sirius/XM Satellite Radio.
