MGSCOMM unveils consumer APP.

MGSCOMM released its first consumer app, Pitter Pad http://www.pitterpad.com , available free for download http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/pitter-pad/id410435521?mt=8> at the App Store on iTunes. Pitter-Pad is an iPad app that measures infant and toddler shoe sizes, featuring an easy to use, step-by-step interface that accurately measures each foot’s length and width. The app is designed to display a suggested shoe size for purchase as opposed to a simple foot measurement.

“We know moms and dads spend a lot of time and money when it comes to children’s shoes. Not only do infants and toddlers grow out of them so quickly making purchases more frequent, but it’s difficult to get the right size, especially when buying online,” states Manuel E. Machado, the agency’s CEO and co-chairman. “At MGSCOMM we are communications experts, but more importantly we are consumers and we strive to develop practical solutions to meet consumers’ every day needs.”

Pitter Pad includes practical features such as an international size converter, an optional shoe width interface and a custom color palette. “Designed for infants, toddlers, and kids (up to size 12 U.S.), the app’s ease of use and instant results make it a great download for parents and businesses alike,” adds Machado.

Since its release on the iTunes App Store December 22, 2010, Pitter Pad peaked at over 300 downloads a day and has been downloaded in 79 countries. The free iPad app is also included in the coveted “New & Noteworthy” Lifestyle section and “What’s Hot” section of the App Store.

Pitter Pad allows users to shop around the world getting the best price and selections of children and toddler shoes.
