MocoSpace Mobile Social Graph Report.

A new report from MocoSpace is a result of data generated from MocoSpace servers on a daily basis, then averaged over a 30 day period. There were some interesting findings on Hispanics, which bode well for both iPhone and Android:

* 30% of feature phone (basic phone) consumers will be upgrading to Smartphones this year.

* Android phone traffic increased 40% in Q1

This means that, like many in the mobile ad world have predicted, smartphones will soon outnumber feature phones in the US – and this opens up a world of advertising possibilities, as well as virtual currency and gaming ops.
