Zubi strikes Gold at Addys

Zubi Advertising, shined at last week’s 2010 Addy Awards, securing a grand total of 23 Golds, 14 Silvers, and a Best of Show in English print for its Ford Focus “Legs” campaign. With 23 Gold wins, Zubi snagged more of the top honor than any agency, general market or Hispanic.

The creativity and diversity of Zubi’s work were underscored by the range of awards bestowed upon the agency. The Ford Focus “Legs” campaign earned the agency a Best of Show in English print for its quirky and eye-catching portrayal of the legs of various characters, standing awestruck in front of a shiny Ford Focus. The agency also achieved a Gold Award for its charming American Airlines out-of-home campaign, which features the airline’s URL (aa.com) in block letters, harmoniously incorporated into the landscape of different exotic destinations. In addition to the awards for print and out-of-home, Zubi also won Gold awards for its Ford Focus “Pop Up” and Ford Fusion “Puppets & Wind Up” National TV Campaigns, and even walked away with a Gold Addy for the agency’s newly redesigned, interactive web site zubiad.com.
