Benjamin M. Cutler, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of USHEALTH Group, Inc. (USHEALTH) announced the launch of two health plans culturally adapted for the Hispanic market in Florida. The two plans offer a wide selection of healthcare coverages and options for cost-conscious consumers. The two plans and the corresponding marketing materials were specifically designed with the Florida Hispanic community in mind.
“Many traditional healthcare plans do not address the specific needs of the Hispanic market,” said Cutler. “A family-oriented culture, Hispanics wants good, affordable healthcare coverage. In evaluating the needs of this thriving population, USHEALTH identified a variety of health care plans with value-priced coverage that are ideally suited for the Hispanic market. To build awareness of these products, USHEALTH has created a targeted marketing campaign to help inform Hispanic consumers about the range of health insurance plans that are especially tailored for them.”
“We recognize that a huge segment of the Hispanic market in Florida is comprised of small business owners and self-employed businessmen and women who have a long term need for affordable health coverage,” Cutler noted. “As such, they need a health plan that assures them of affordable coverage, not just for a few months, but for several years. Our fixed rate coverage ideally serves this unique need by allowing our customers to lock in a fixed rate for up to four years.”
