Alterna TV carriage deal with Time Warner.

Alterna TV announced two channel distribution contract with Time Warner Cable’s New York region. The two 24/7 linear Spanish-language channels, Ecuavisa Internacional and Telemicro International, launched July 23 as part of Time Warner Cable’s New York City Region’s DTV en Espanol service — a digital tier that includes over 60 Spanish language and popular English networks.

“We are very excited to launch Ecuavisa Internacional and Telemicro International in the New York DMA through our growing partnership with Time Warner Cable,” said Clemente Cabello, Executive Director of Alterna’TV. “These two channels represent a huge population in New York and I’m sure Time Warner Cable’s customers will love them.”
