Gassert named Media Department Leader at Dieste.

Hispanic ad agency Dieste announced the appointment of Scott Gassert as media general manager. Gassert is now part of the agency’s leadership team, reporting to executive director of integration Alvaro Cabrera.

Since joining the agency in 2000, Gassert has led strategic media planning efforts for the client portfolio, and has worked on the development of signature programs such as Pepsi Musica – a youth-oriented platform on Mun2, as well as other innovative solutions for top brands. This year, Gassert has been nominated to the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies Media Executive of the Year award by colleagues and industry peers.
