According to Radio & Records, Allen Shaw’s Centennial Broadcasting has agreed to pay $24 million for Univision Radio’s rhythmic KKSS (Kiss 97.3), regional Mexican KJFA (La Jefa 105.1) and Spanish adult hits KKRG (Recuerdo 101.3) in Albuquerque, as well as Univision Albuquerque Trust’s classic rock KIOT (Coyote 102.5), which is licensed to Los Lunas, N.M. Univision had placed KIOT in the trust, led by Bob Woodward, in May 2007 per an FCC order to divest one station in Albuquerque.
