Batanga to acquire HispanoClick Ad Network.

Sources in the Industry have confirmed that the talks between Batanga and HispanoClick have moved ahead and that the acquisition will close in the next two weeks.

This acquisition would provide Batanga an additional sales and marketing platform to expand Batanga’s offerings.
