The mission of eBeisbol.com is to be the source for Latin baseball fans, with uniquely in-depth coverage of the Winter Leagues and the Serie del Caribe tournament. In addition to live video coverage, eBeisbol.com will offer live 1⁄2 inning statistics, player rosters, photos and editorial content featuring teams and prominent Latin superstars from the Winter Leagues. The Winter Leagues are the only leagues sanctioned for MLB player participation outside of the US. It is estimated that 25% of Major League players have participated in Winter League Baseball, whose season begins in October and culminates in February with the Serie del Caribe. Today, the four participating countries are Mexico, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and Venezuela.

“Live and on demand video streaming of Serie del Caribe games is one way we offer the Latin Baseball fan an opportunity to control how and when they access this important event,” said Katherine Warman, Partner, Cultiva Entertainment.

“Baseball’s popularity in the Caribbean and among Latinos is undeniable – and Caribbean-expatriates around the world are fiercely loyal to their home teams regardless if they are in New York or Santo Domingo,” said Jordan Banks, CEO of JumpTV. “Streaming the Serie del Caribe is representative of the exact type of high-value, passion inspiring programming we are committed to bring to world-wide Internet-television audiences, regardless of the location of the viewer and the web site they visit.”
