Cox Agrees to carry WAPA America on Paquete Latino.

WAPA America announced that Cox Communications Inc. has agreed to immediately carry WAPA America’s programming on Cox’s Paquete Latino programming package on its cable systems in Connecticut and Rhode Island. WAPA America will be carried on channel 333. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

WAPA-TV and WAPA America are portfolio companies of the media industry private equity firm InterMedia Partners, headquartered in New York City.
