September 3, 2007
Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) and WCMQ -Clásica 92.3 FM announced that the popular DJ Javier Ceriani made his noteworthy return to the booth of “Zona Cero,” one of the leading morning radio shows in the Miami area. From the moment he opened the show at 6:00 AM, the entire set was overflowing with happiness, revelry and creativity.
Ceriani and the show’s producers tried to re-create their own Noah’s Ark. On set at 1001 Ponce de León in the elegant neighborhood of Coral Gables, Miami, were two flare tigers, a Capuchin ape, a crocodile and the goat “Ifalina.” To cap it all off, reggae singer Yamil brought his soulful and delightful beats to the party.
Highlights from the day include appearances by model Giselle De Cole, actor Francisco Gattorno, Daniela Pérez from Argentina, the mind reader Alan Chamo, Dr. Ana María Polo host of “Caso Cerrado,” and Rogelio Morto, the Cuban tap dancer. Additionally, MK Tours gave away a free cruise to a lucky audience member.
Amongst a sea of joyful tears, Javier Ceriani, also known as “The Aguila,” and his colleagues came together again in a warm group hug, while, in the background, the rain fell, bringing a nostalgic sound to “Noah’s Ark,” which was captured on the popular radio show.
