Villegas – Creative Director and Strategist for Jack Morton Latino team.

Isabel Villegas has joined Jack Morton Worldwide as Creative Director and Strategist for its Jack Morton Latino team, which leverages experiential marketing to engage and inspire the US Latino population. Villegas will be based in the agency’s Chicago office, but will work with clients nationwide.

“Isabel’s experience at creatively leveraging Latino passion points, such as music and sports, to create engaging marketing programs for Latino audiences across the language and acculturation spectrums made her an ideal addition to the Jack Morton Latino team,” said Luis Montero, Director of Jack Morton Latino.

Villegas was most recently a senior marketer for Club Deportivo Chivas USA, a Major League Soccer expansion team in Los Angeles that was founded in 2004. As Director of Marketing and Broadcast, she directed all marketing and promotional aspects of this unique soccer brand-which set the all-time standard for corporate sponsorship of an MLS club, attracting such international blue-chip brands as Honda, McDonald’s, The Home Depot and Chivas Regal. While working with McDonald’s, Isabel created and executed a plan to manage the National Hispanic platform, which included sponsorship of the Mexican National Team Tour in the United States, celebrity endorsements and music.

Prior to Chivas USA, Villegas was the Senior Manager of Hispanic Marketing for the Chicago Fire soccer team, responsible for integrating marketing, media relations, broadcast and community relations departments to better serve the Fire’s Hispanic fans, sponsors and community partners. Isabel also managed the Fire’s international relations including player negotiations, international exhibition games, broadcasting, and sponsorship rights with teams in Mexico and Latin America.
