El Observador is back on TV Venezuela.
May 18, 2007
The TV channel for Venezuelans living in the United States, TV VENEZUELA, broadcasts programs by Globovisión, Meridiano, and RCTV as part of its program grid. Due to problems with the Venezuelan government, in which Radio Caracas Televisión was ordered by the government to turn over its broadcasting antenna, the office in charge of national broadcasting licenses, Conatel, did not renew its license, forcing it off the air in Venezuela.
TV VENEZUELA is now broadcasting RCTV’s leading new program, EL OBSERVADOR, on DIRECTV Más channel 409, Monday to Friday in three time slots: in the morning at 8:30 am Eastern Time (ET), midday at 2:30 pm ET, and late night at midnight ET.
