MARCA celebrates new headquarters in Miami.
May 7, 2007
Tony Nieves, MARCA president, explained that the move was necessary to accommodate the agency’s rapid expansion since opening its doors three years ago.
MARCA, which means “brand” in Spanish, was founded by Nieves and Chief Creative Officer Armando Hernandez, to offer strategic, creative, marketing and production services to deepen brand relationships in the U.S. Hispanic market.
Nieves reports that MARCA has shown strong growth with a full-service marketing structure, a staff of 30 employees and a client list includes Infiniti, Rite Aid, PNC Bank, Moen, New York Life, Fox Sports en Español, Bryant, Novamex, AARP and the Florida Coalition Against Human Trafficking.
Hernandez cites MARCA’s unique perspective in Hispanic marketing as key to the growth. “Hispanics do not live in a single culture, and there’s no one-size-fits-all Hispanic approach. U.S. Hispanics really live in three worlds, and that’s why all MARCA associates have deep experience and expertise in these three worlds—the U.S. general market, the U.S. Hispanic market and the Latin American market.”
