Ives named Bromley Communications CFO.

Bromley Communications recently announced the promotion of Ray Ives to Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Ives, who has been employed at Bromley for 11 years, replaces John Bols who served as CFO since 1994. As CFO, Ives oversees a staff of 23 employees who handle the Agency’s financial and administrative operations, including the Human Resources and Information Technology Departments, for the San Antonio headquarters and offices in New York and Miami and Southern California.

Prior to joining Bromley, Ives was a financial analyst in Los Angeles for D’Arcy Masius Benton & Bowles (DMB&B). His primary responsibility was client billing and receivables. After five years, Ives’ financial expertise led him to the DMB&B corporate office in New York. While there, Ives was responsible for the consolidated reporting of DMB&B North American units as well as maintaining the budgets for Corporate and Regional Cost Centers. Two years later, and with a desire to get back into field operations, he moved to San Antonio to serve as Finance Manager for Bromley Communications, which at that time was a part of the DMB&B network of agencies.
