‘Canal E’ joins TuTV.

TuTv announced that Telehit, it’s entertainment and music channel for Latino youth, has added “Canal E” (Channel E), a new social content show, to its robust original, programming line-up.
“Canal E” was created by Telehit to keep audiences abreast of the issues that affect young Latinos in Latin America, the U.S. and Europe. “Canal E” is a forum hosted by Gabriela Warkentin, a communications scholar, and Waratxe, a young activist who brings his modern-urban insights to the table. The show will deal with topics such as the use of Spanglish, global warming and education, to name a few.
Along with roundtable discussions, “Canal E” will provide college students with a palette in which to expose their own video clips underlining themes that affect their lives. The show will also feature “Cineminutos” (Movie Minutes), a segment produced and hosted by up-and-coming talent.
