Publicis restructures media buyer Tapestry.

Publicis Groupe is restructuring its multicultural media-buying behemoth Tapestry to give Starcom and MediaVest each their own unit for multicultural media. Tapestry’s media billings in 2006 were about $750 million, with U.S. Hispanic business accounting for more than two-thirds of the total and African-American about one-third.
