CONCACAF Champions’ Cup @ Fox Sports en Español.

Fox Sports en Español announced the return of the CONCACAF Champions’ Cup for the third consecutive year. The 2007 edition will once again be televised exclusively in Spanish by the leading all-sports cable network, starting with coverage of the quarterfinal between W Connection of Trinidad and Mexico’s legendary Chivas de Guadalajara airing tomorrow at 11:30 pm ET/8:30 pm PT.

The eight-team field for the 2007 CONCACAF Champions’ Cup includes Mexico’s Club América and Pachuca, Costa Rica’s Puntarenas, Trinidad’s W Connection, Honduras’ CD Olímpia, Guatemala’s CD Marquense, and Major League Soccer’s D.C. United and the Houston Dynamo.

“The CONCACAF Champions’ Cup is unquestionably one of the crown jewels of international soccer and the participation of the Mexican teams, as well as of D.C. United and the Houston Dynamo, makes it a must-watch for our viewers across the country,” said David Sternberg, executive vice president and general manager of Fox Sports en Español. “We’re proud to be the exclusive Spanish-language television home of the longest-running international competition in the region, as it is the perfect complement to our network’s year-round, in-depth soccer coverage.”

Semifinal rounds will take place March 13-15 and April 3-5, while the finals will take place April 17-19 and April 24-26; exact dates and times will be announced at a later date.
