LATV announced the appointment of Howard Bolter as president and COO. Based in Los Angeles, Mr. Bolter will administer the day-to-day operations of the network including direct oversight of business development; legal and business affairs; production; operations; engineering; Information Technology; and Human Resources as well as indirect involvement over all
the other elements of the network as one of its presidents.
