Zubi Advertising has hired researcher and scholar Holly McGavock as an account planner in its Miami headquarters.

McGavock’s background is rooted in academic research specifically for the Hispanic market having recently completed the “Pillars of Hispanic Identity: Moving Beyond Language,” a breakthrough study commissioned by the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies (AHAA) that revealed a new acculturation model for the market.
