Creative Civilization team-players promoted.

Creative Civilization announced the promotions of four individuals in the account service and creative departments. In the account service department, Aimee De La Rosa was promoted to senior account executive and Thane Tennison was promoted to account executive. In the creative department, Melissa Burnett was promoted to senior art director and Carey Quackenbush promoted to senior copywriter.
Aimee De La Rosa has more than five years of experience leading the account team and in launching two new Hearst Corporation publications. She will now expand her role in leading the account teams for a diverse client base. De La Rosa graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. Prior to joining Creative Civilization, she worked at Tocquigny Advertising + Marketing in Austin on the Hewlett-Packard, Keepsake Diamonds and Wal-Mart accounts.
Thane Tennison came to the agency from Fogarty Klein Monroe in Houston where he worked in Account Service for Dell Inc. Public Accounts for one year. A graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising, Tennison was promoted to the position of account executive after working at the agency for one year, providing management support for several of the agencies premier accounts.
Melissa Burnett, who joined Creative Civilization one year ago, has focused on Spurs Sports and Entertainment since joining the agency. One of her most visible and exciting projects was designing the outside graphics for the interactive “Spurs Experience” RV. Burnett received her degree in Graphic Design from the University of Hawaii and came to the agency from Creative Link where she worked primarily in Sports Advertising.
Carey Quackenbush has three years of experience in copywriting and currently works on numerous Creative Civilization accounts. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and received a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. Formerly with BBDO Houston, Quackenbush worked on national and regional accounts such as Pizza Hut and Texaco-Havoline.
