U.S. Hispanic agency Bromley Communications has been caught up in the legal infighting between Spanish-language media giant Univision Communications and Mexico’s Grupo Televisa. In a subpoena received this week, the Publicis Groupe agency is asked to disclose information about media bought for its clients on Univision’s TV networks for the last 10 years.
