Geographic Mobility: 2005 More than 39 million Americans, or about 14 percent of the population, changed addresses last year.
A series of tables show characteristics of these movers, such as by race and Hispanic origin, age, marital status, educational attainment, labor force status, occupation and industry group, income and poverty status and reason for moving.
