Univision ‘Expo Tu Casa’.

Agile Events, producers of Expo Tu Casa (Expo Your House) has partnered with Univision, to promote the two remaining shows in the 2006 schedule, announced Jim Forlenza, Principal, Agile Events.
Expo Tu Casa exhibitions feature hands-on product demonstrations by national and regional retailers, suppliers and manufacturers. How-to clinics, financial seminars, celebrity appearances, entertainment and a variety of children’s activities are featured throughout the weekend shows. Expo Tu Casa is the first show of its kind to specifically target the Hispanic consumer, which has been largely untapped in home improvement and buying categories.
The brainchild of partners Forlenza and William Herman, Principal, Agile Events, Expo Tu Casa is the first major home event to be produced in a bilingual format specifically for the U.S. Hispanic market. Agile Events produced the first Expo Tu Casa exhibitions in 2005 in Chicago and Los Angeles. Expo Tu Casa 2006 shows to date have taken place in Houston and Chicago. The two remaining 2006 shows will take place in Phoenix at the Phoenix Civic Plaza the weekend of October 28 – 29 and in Los Angeles at the Los Angeles Convention Center the weekend of November 4 – 5. Lowe’s is the presenting sponsor for Expo Tu Casa Phoenix and Los Angeles expositions. Current plans for 2007 include exhibitions in five U.S. cities.
Univision is the exclusive television partner for the Los Angeles and Phoenix shows. Radio stations within the Univision Radio Group will also promote Expo Tu Casa in each market. Univision will also feature exhibition booths and activities at each of the venues.
