Gorali creates TV series for AXE in LatAM.

Gaston Gorali, a former Creative Director for Lápiz , a division of Leo Burnett USA, has returned to his native Argentina and launched a Branded Entertainment firm, Catmandu.

For it’s first major project, Gorali collaborated with Encuadre, one of the leading animation firms in Latin America, to develop an animated television series for Unilever¹s AXE brand. ‘City Hunters’ will be broadcast across all of Latin America on the FOX network, who is also co-producing the show, through its subsidiary, Fox Factory.

Unilever picked ‘City Hunters’ after an extensive pitch that included projects from global production powerhouses and advertising agencies.

Gaston Gorali, Chief Creative, and Alberto Stagnaro, Executive Producer, created the ‘City Hunters’ concept. Legendary Italian comic artist Milo Manara was commissioned to develop character designs, while Carlos Baeza oversaw Direction. Baeza, gained acclamation with a successful run on ³The Simpson¹s.²

‘City Hunters’ blends traditional animation techniques with the latest generation of CGI. It took more than 100 people, from 4 different continents, and over 2 years to produce the sophisticated show. Ten, 11 minute episodes are set to air in October.
