Omnicom acquires equity interest in LatinWorks.

Diversified Agency Services (DAS), a unit of Omnicom Group Inc., has acquired an equity interest in Austin-based LatinWorks, one of the fastest-growing Hispanic marketing agencies in the U.S.

Founded by Manny Flores and Alejandro Ruelas, two former Anheuser-Busch marketing executives, LatinWorks was created to lead change in the Hispanic marketing industry through an approach that goes beyond traditional “Hispanic Marketing” and is instead focused on strategically disciplined, fact-based marketing to Hispanics.
