Sharon McSwain Homes launches new Hispanic marketing 1nitiative.

Sharon McSwain Homes, an Atlanta-based residential home builder, announced a major Hispanic marketing initiative in response to the growing need for residential housing for the fast growing Latino market in metro Atlanta. President and Founder, Sharon McSwain announced the new initiative at Cascade Parc (a Sharon McSwain Homes Development), which will target the Latino market and be supported with print, broadcast and a grass roots community outreach campaign. A special financing option has also been developed in conjunction with Sun America.

Ms. McSwain said today, “We want our company to be on the leading edge of marketing and with the tremendous growth of the Latino market, we want to be a leader in marketing to this important and emerging group of home buyers. Recent data indicates that Latinos are very interested in pursuing the American Dream of home ownership and we want to provide that opportunity for them.”

McSwain is launching this initiative in conjunction with Team Realty en Español, the Hispanic arm of Team Realty. Aleyda Barrett, Director of Team Realty en Español said today, “The Hispanic/Latino market is clamoring for more information on home ownership. Team Realty en Español is uniquely equipped to provide information and guidance on home ownership in the language of the purchasing community. We are delighted to enter into this partnership with McSwain Homes.”

The marketing campaign for Sharon McSwain Homes is being handled by the Hispanic marketing firm Lanza Group, LLC, an Atlanta-based advertising and public relations firm.
