Alex López Negrete of Lopez Negrete Communications was honored at the 10th Annual Hispanic Marketing Midwest Awards dinner last night for his pioneering and leadership in the development of the Hispanic marketing industry. López Negrete received the ‘Hispanic Marketing Achievement Award’ on April 25 at the prestigious James J. Hill Reference Library in St. Paul, Minnesota. Lopez Negrete Communications is the second largest independently owned and operated Hispanic marketing firm in the country.
The awards dinner was held prior to 10th Annual Hispanic Marketing Midwest Conference. The awards ceremony recognized companies that are forerunners in marketing to Hispanic consumers and individuals who have demonstrated leadership in the Hispanic marketing industry. The Hispanic Marketing Achievement Award is specifically inscribed with three areas where the recipient has contributed in an outstanding and lasting manner, and they include: holding a leadership role in the development of the Hispanic marketing industry, business achievement, management and growth of the company, and community involvement.
“López Negrete’s approach to Hispanic marketing has proven to be effective, innovative, impactful and, most importantly, results driven,” said Richard Aguilar of Aguilar Productions, conference coordinator. “It is his passion, vision and ability to maximize efforts in the Hispanic marketing arena that has steered Lopez Negrete Communications to become one of the most influential Hispanic marketing consultant groups and partners in the country. And that is why he was chosen as our recipient for this award.”
“I consider it a tremendous honor to be acknowledged as one of the most effective marketers who has established and executed strategic and creative methods to reach Hispanic consumers. This award is so vital because it shows that my work has contributed to the development of my peers, the success of my clients and company and, most importantly to the benefit of my community,” said López Negrete. “I attribute my success to having arrived in this country sharing the same dreams and challenges of the millions of Hispanics I try to touch through my work.”
