830 AM KMXE and The Los Angeles Clippers have reached an agreement that will allow the station to carry live broadcasts of the team’s remaining home schedule as well as expanded coverage of the entire 2006-07 season. Spanish-language radio play-by-play throughout the season will be handled by John Laguna of Fox Sports en Español with long time 830 AM sports reporter Mitch Zaralegui serving as the analyst.

“We have made a great effort to place the best sports franchises on 830 AM, so the Clippers are truly a welcome addition to our championship caliber line-up of teams,” said Ray De La Garza, General Manager of 830 AM. “Basketball is becoming increasingly popular in the Hispanic community and being associated with a thriving and successful team such as the Los Angeles Clippers is a tremendous opportunity for both our station and our listeners.”
