The AIM Tell-A-Vision Group (AIM TV) announced the hiring of a distribution executive, Scott Basilotta.

As the company’s East Coast Distribution Director, Basilotta will be responsible for continuing and managing the growth of AIM TV’s distribution on broadcast television for its growing library of syndicated properties. Basilotta’s hire ensures national coverage and points to the expansion of AIM TV’s reach. He joins West Coast Distribution Executive, Kathy Zeisel. Both report to AIM TV CEO, Robert G. Rose.

A 15-year veteran of the television sports and entertainment industry, Basilotta brings with him a track record in revenue producing, cost efficient management of network affiliate acquisitions/retention. Basilotta spent the last few years as an Affiliate Marketing and Research Specialist with Communications Consultants, Inc. where he consulted with media and entertainment companies regarding marketing, research and station programming strategies.

Previous to that, Scott spent more than three years as Manager of the Affiliate Relations/Affiliate Marketing team at the World Wrestling Federation (now WWE). In his first year, he spearheaded the successful launch of two newly created syndicated WWE properties. From 1997-2000, Scott was instrumental in increasing syndication programming levels from 75% to nearly 90% of all U.S. households, generating millions of dollars in additional advertising sales revenue.
