Una Vez Mas Azteca America Affiliate Group Announces Partnership.

Una Vez Mas, the largest broadcast affiliate group of the Azteca America television network in the United States, announced that it has entered into an investment partnership with Alta Communications that provides the Company with the financial and strategic support to develop its existing and prospective markets throughout the United States. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Una Vez Mas is a television operator that sources programming through its affiliation with Azteca America, the fastest growing Hispanic television network in the United States and subsidiary of one of the largest Hispanic content producers in the world, TV Azteca, S.A. de C.V. Including the markets targeted for expansion, Una Vez Mas will have access to approximately 30% of the U.S. Hispanic households, broadcast in 17 of the top 40 Hispanic markets, and represent almost 35% of the Azteca America network.
