mun2 will feature three two-hour long music video specials featuring the top 50 music videos of 2005, and, for the first time in television, a video countdown of the best Reggaeton and Latin Hip-Hop songs of the year.

From Times Square in New York, “18 & Over” host Ellie, will present the top 50 videos of 2005. The special divided into two episodes will feature the hottest videos of popular artists like Latin rock superstar Juanes, singing sensation Shakira, Latin idol Ricky Martin, pop vocalist Gwen Stefani, internationally recognized singer Mariah Carey, and Mexican pop star Paulina Rubio among others. “18 & Over Top 50 videos of 2005 (Part I)” featuring the countdown of videos No. 50 to 26 will air Friday December 23rd from 8-10PM, and “18 & Over Top 50 videos of 2005 (Part II)” featuring the countdown of videos 25 to No.1 will air on Friday December 30th from 8-10PM.

In an unprecedented event, “18 & Over” will give viewers the opportunity to review the best videos of the year in the Reggaeton and Latin Hip-Hop genre. Co-hosted by renowned rapper Pitbull, the special will include musical videos from Reggaeton super star Daddy Yankee, king of Reggaeton Don Omar, Latino rapper Fat Joe, two time Latin Grammy winner Vico C, Latin superstar Jennifer Lopez, Reggaeton’s Diva Ivy Queen, Hip-Hop, Latin groove band Ozomatli and the smash hit duo Wisin y Yandel, as they and other popular artists compete for the top spot on the countdown. The “18 & Over top Reggaeton and Latin Hip Hop songs of the year” special will air Friday January 6th from 8-10PM.
