Azteca America Nationwide Casting For USA.

Myriam, Yahir, Rosalía, Erika, Johanna and Erasmo are just a few of the names of former contestants turned Latin music idols thanks to four generations of La Academia.

“Following the very successful participation of US Hispanic contestants Rosalía, Suzette, Johanna, Edgar and Yuridia in our Mexican version of La Academia, and the thousands of calls we have received, Azteca America is opening the doors to La Academia USA,” said Jorge Jaidar, COO of Azteca America. “We are inviting any US resident that has ever dreamed of being a music star to this event.”

The Fourth Generation of La Academia, which continues its US tour, attracted over one million viewers for each of its final two programs, making it the most-watched Spanish-language program of its genre in the United States.
