MTV Revolution Launches In LatAM.

MTV Latin America and Mexican-based Avantel announced the launch of MTV Revolution, the first ever website designed for broadband users in Mexico. Internet users will be able to access MTV Latin America’s music and entertainment content, to include video clips, TV shows, movie trailers, and news, by visiting www.MTVRevolution.com. This website is supported by NetVoice of Avantel in Mexico, an innovative wireless broadband product that allows users to connect to the Internet wirelessly and at high speeds and to make unlimited telephone calls for a monthly flat fee. “MTV Revolution” is set to launch on September 30, 2005.

Netvoice’s broadband will allow “MTV Revolution” users a swift browsing experience and high-quality access to exclusive and dedicated MTV Latin America’s programming, including continuous MTV News updates, music videos, live music performances, movie trailers, and coverage of the MTV Video Music Awards Latin America 2005.

LIVE: This section is dedicated to live performances by the biggest stars in music including Interpol, Keane and Jet, among others.

MOVIES: MTV’s interactive initiative showcases trailers for upcoming movies featuring celebrities and more.

PLAYLIST: The ideal format for personalizing the site, allowing users to select videos, live performances and their favorite shows to form their own programming.
