VanguardComm Re-launches.

Esther Novak, Vanguard Communications’ founder, has assembled a team of experts with an expanded vision and footprint for the firm as it celebrates its 10th anniversary. Based in New Jersey and New York, the agency has recently opened offices in Miami. VanguardComm is a strategic consulting, integrated marketing and communications firm specializing in multicultural markets. It combines the agility and entrepreneurial culture of an independent agency with the skills and organizational strengths of an established firm. The company is minority and woman owned.

The firm has a long history of serving blue chip clients. Shortly after its founding, it was named agency of record for The Gillette Company`s ethnic marketing unit. According to Gillette’s Cathy Chizauskas, vice president for civic affairs and former director of ethnic marketing, “We received smart, strategic and sensitive counsel in multiple market segments that helped us achieve our goals effectively and efficiently.
