Well???? Confusion exists due to the lack of clarity on the part of Bank of America. The lack of clarity continues.
Houston based Lopez Negrete Communications has been handling the account up till the review and will continue to handle the account in 2005 for all services.
On the other hand, Dallas based Cultura was part of the Omnicom agency coalition that successfully pitched and won the over $600 million account.
Sources as Cultura are saying they have the account. Sources at Lopez Negrete state the same.
