Lápiz Honored With Mosaica Award.

Lápiz has been chosen to receive an American Advertising Federation’s (AAF) Mosaic Award in the Multicultural Ad Campaign category for the Tecate “Lo Autentico Se Reconoce” campaign.

Importantly, the same Tecate campaign was recently awarded a Gold EFFIE, the industry recognition for marketing effectiveness. That helped maintain Lápiz position as the most effective Hispanic agency with eight EFFIE awards in total, more than any other in the Hispanic market.

Presented by the American Advertising Federation’s (AAF) and judged by top representatives from general market, ethnic advertising agencies and advertisers, the Mosaic Award show recognizes advertising campaigns that demonstrate their understanding and sensitivity of the targeted ethnic or cultural market’s specific issues and attitudes. The “Lo Auténtico Se Reconoce” campaign, produced by Lápiz Hispanic Integrated Marketing for InBev (formerly Labatt), impressed the Mosaic Awards panel of judges. “Lápiz’s work demonstrates the value of multicultural marketing within the industry” stated Constance Cannon Frazier, SVP, Mosaic Center and Education Services.
