The Univision and TeleFutura Television Groups announced the reorganization of their owned-and-operated National Sales Division dividing the country into three regions—East, Central and West. As a result, four Univision executives will be promoted to newly created positions.

With responsibility over all three regions, Charlie Stuart will be moved up to Executive Vice President, National Sales, based in New York. Stuart started his career in broadcasting twenty-six years ago as a Media Research Analyst at KTTV, Metromedia in Los Angeles, followed by a stint at KTVU, the Cox Communications-owned Fox affiliate in San Francisco. Today, he serves as Senior Vice President of National Spot Sales for all Univision, Telefutura and Puerto Rico, owned and operated and affiliated stations. In addition, Stuart oversees the National Research & Marketing and Marketing & Business Development groups. Prior to his current position, Stuart was General Sales Manager for Univision’s owned-and-operated San Francisco television station, KDTV-Channel 14. Stuart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.

Stuart will continue to report to Tom Arnost, Co-President of the Univision & TeleFutura Television Groups.
