Sí TV Reaffirms Commitment To Latino Community.

Sí TV announced a $600,000 contribution to La Raza Development Fund, a subsidiary of the National Council of La Raza (NCLR). The fund seeks to achieve the direct participation of Latinos in the human and capital development of their communities and build healthy communities through the creation of social, political, and economic wealth.

Jeff Valdez, co-founder and chairman of Sí TV presented La Raza Development Fund with a $200,000 check at the NCLR Awards Gala, which closed out the four-day NCLR Annual Conference which ran from July 16 to 19 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. In addition, Sí TV’s will provide the NCLR with $400,000 in commercial inventory that will benefit education programs created by the NCLR and its affiliate network.

“The National Council for La Raza has provided our community with invaluable resources for decades,” Valdez said. “We understand and appreciate their dedication and want to do our part to positively affect Latinos.”
