Azteca America Launches On Time Warner Cable In San Antonio & Austin.

Time Warner Cable and Una Vez Mas, LLC (“UVM”) announced that two of UVM’s television stations, KVDF in San Antonio, Texas and KADF in Austin, Texas, will be carried by the Time Warner Cable systems in those markets beginning on April 26, 2005. KADF and KVDF are both affiliates of the Azteca America network. This is the first time Azteca America will be available to Time Warner Cable systems in the San Antonio and Austin Texas markets.

He added, “We are also excited about providing cable viewers in San Antonio and Austin with nearly 120 Mexican first division soccer games each year as well as some of the finest Spanish-language programming in the world. This deal truly demonstrates Time Warner Cable’s commitment to its Texas subscribers of Hispanic heritage.”
