Daguerre – Director Of Communications @ MTVN LatAM.

MTV Networks Latin America announced the appointment of Hernan Daguerre as Director of Communications for MTVN Latin America. Daguerre will be based in Miami at MTVN Latin America’s headquarters and will report to Linda Alexander, Senior Vice President, Communications & Public Affairs.

Daguerre will be responsible for overseeing publicity efforts and managing internal and external communications for MTV Networks Latin America. Daguerre will lead the communications teams in the Miami and regional offices in developing and implementing media strategies across all lines of business, including programming, marketing, distribution, new media, and ad sales.

“Hernan’s work in communications and marketing throughout Europe, the US and Latin America makes him a unique addition to our team,” said Alexander. “His experience devising and managing ambitious Pan-regional communications programs coupled with his understanding of the Latin American markets will be a great asset in expanding our brands and business throughout the region.”

Prior to joining MTVNLA, Daguerre served as Director of Communications for Monster.com Europe, where he orchestrated communications plans across the company’s 14 European countries out of its London headquarters. He also held positions at Burger King in Argentina, Altran Group in Spain, and the UN and Ford Motor Co. in Germany.
