United Dominion Realty Trust, Inc. announced that Moises “Moe” Vela Jr. has joined the Company as Senior Vice President, Multicultural Strategy. Mr. Vela will be responsible for developing strategies and programs to enhance the Company’s attractiveness to an increasingly diverse employment and resident base.
