Siboney USA announced that it has been awarded the advertising account for US Airways targeting Hispanics living in the Eastern U.S., Latin America and the Caribbean. SiboneyUSA will be responsible for creating Hispanic advertising and promotional campaigns for US Airways, including communicating US Airways’ newly expanded services to and from Latin America.

Beginning in February 2005, US Airways will increase its flights between Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and other key U.S. cities, as well as new service to Guatemala, El Salvador, Panama and Kingston (Jamaica). The expansion also includes additional flights from Fort Lauderdale to San Juan, Puerto Rico; Cancún, Mexico, and San José, Costa Rica. This expansion is of major interest to Hispanic consumers as the airline will triple its daily flights including connections to 8 Caribbean and Latin American destinations.
