TCS Launches Experiencia.
October 22, 2004
TCS, promotional marketing agency based in Westport, CT, officially launched Experiencia, an innovative new division dedicated to sponsorship, event marketing and promotional services in the US Hispanic Market.
“Experiencia not only gives us a strong expertise in Hispanic marketing, but is consistent with and builds from our core operating philosophy focused on Asset Activation: helping clients identify and leverage the marketing potential of new and existing assets, both internal and external, that reside across their organizations,” explains Stephen O’Shea, TCS president.
Paul Stringer, who founded Experiencia as an independent Hispanic-focused event marketing company June of 2004, will head the new TCS division as managing director. Prior to launching Experiencia, Stringer developed the Hispanic sponsorship and event marketing division at Publicis Groupe’s Relay Sponsorship and Event Marketing. Stringer led the division to multi-million dollar proportions featuring a host of clients that include Coca-Cola, Budweiser, Sara Lee and Cingular Wireless.
“As demands on marketing services continue to grow, sponsorship and event marketing activations must become increasingly more integrated to include strong promotional overlays that drive impact across all brand and media thresholds,” says Stringer, Experiencia managing director. “Experiencia responds to this need with expanded strategic services that include promotions, cutting edge ideation and a fresh approach to activation. Flawless execution comes standard.”
Experiencia is activating the Mexican National Soccer Team sponsorship for McDonald’s as well as their title sponsorship of the 2004 Alejandro Fernandez US concert tour, one of Mexico’s most internationally-known ranchera and Spanish-pop genre singer
