Alejandro Vitale has joined Coral Gables-based Hispanic advertising agency CreativeOndemanD (C.O.D), as its Director of Integrated Marketing. In this capacity, Vitale will reinforce C.O.D’s award-winning advertising initiatives with programs that will extend its clients’ branding opportunities throughout the Hispanic market, including media relations, promotions, events, community and constituent outreach, and relationship-building with key Hispanic advocacy groups. Vitale’s responsibilities will include new business development and cultivating strategic business alliances.
C.O.D has been recognized by Hispanic Business magazine as one of the country’s top 25 advertising agencies and has received numerous industry awards, including: London International Advertising Awards, NY Festivals, International ADDYS, FIAP and Mobius. C.O.D’s client roster includes: Volkswagen, Burger King, Cartoon Network and Pfizer, among others.

Prior to joining C.O.D., Vitale worked at Miami-based advertising agency accentmarketing, where he supervised the General Motors Public Policy account for the U.S. Hispanic market. Vitale’s international experience includes serving as Country Manager for Shandwick/TJG’s Buenos Aires, Argentina, operation, where he was responsible for implementing strategic communications programs for a variety of clients, including: Discovery Channel, Animal Planet, People & Arts, Discovery Kids, Nokia, Nintendo and MasterCard. Before accepting the Shandwick/TJG position, Vitale worked as Account Director at Hill & Knowlton’s Buenos Aires office, responsible for the development and execution of public affairs campaigns for Nabisco, New York Stock Exchange, Alcatel, Barrick Mining, Quilmes Brewery, and other clients.
Prior to his work in Latin America, Vitale worked at The Dow Chemical Company’s headquarters in Midland, Michigan, where he was Editor of the multinational’s Global News Center. Vitale obtained his Communications degree from Florida International University and conducted post-graduate studies in Communications in Bs. As., Argentina. Vitale has also lived and studied in Caracas, Venezuela, and Mexico City, Mexico.
