Conill Advertising announced that it will team up with Publicis West to create Hispanic communications for T-Mobile USA.
Conill’s Los Angeles office will develop and produce T-Mobile’s Hispanic targeted advertising campaigns. Conill will work together with Publicis West to ensure that Hispanic-targeted communications work in concert with communications designed for the general population.
